A coaching program for ADHDers and AuDHDers
This program exists to support you in creating time and task management systems that work WITH your neurodivergence and move you in the direction you want to go in life.
Here's how it works:
What do I want?
We start with a comprehensive needs assessment, life audit, time audit, and tools/systems audit. This helps us get clear on your priorities and what resources you have available to move in that direction. With that information, we create a strategic 90-day goals and a system to track the steps and habits that will propel you towards acheiving those goals.
How am I doing?
Once we’ve established your strategy, we work on implementation and using the data from your tracking system to inform next steps. Each coaching session will focus on how it’s working, any trouble you’re having with implementation or follow-through, and brainstorming how to address those issues. This ongoing process of refining and adjusting will make your system more supportive of your needs.
What is possible?
As you continue to track your habits and progress over time, you’ll start to understand what is realistically achievable. This clarity will empower you to set more realistic goals and develop routines that align with your capacity, making long-term success not just possible but inevitable.
Program Details:
The program includes nine one-on-one coaching sessions with me for $350. Here’s how it’s structured:
Session 1: We’ll begin the assessment process. I'll orient you to the program and you'll orient me to your current life situation, priorities, and struggles. (50-60 minutes)
Session 2: We’ll build your personalized strategy to move you toward your goals, including setting up a habit-tracking method that works best for you—whether through a bullet journal, app, or spreadsheet. (80-90 minutes)
Sessions 3-7 (Every Other Week): These sessions focus on implementing our strategy, troubleshooting any issues, and brainstorming adjustments. We'll review your experience since our last session and decide on steps to take in the 2 weeks until the next one. (50-60 minutes each)
Session 8: We’ll reflect on your progress over the last 90 days and identify key lessons and insights to implement in session 9. (50-60 minutes)
Session 9: We’ll plan the next 90 days, ensuring you have a solid system in place to continue progressing independently. (80-90 minutes)
